McCabe Curwood supports Australian emerging artists through our unique Artist-in-Residence Program.
Through a dedicated, purpose-built studio, we provide our artist in residence a creative space for 12-15 months, culminating in a two-week exhibition of their suite of work developed during the residency.
At the conclusion of the residency, the firm hosts an exhibition and auction of the artwork, with the proceeds supporting a chosen charity of the firm.
Having an in-house art studio enables McCabe Curwood to experience an artist’s creative process first hand. The direct contact with the art community encourages us to take a different perspective in the way we approach our work and our lives in general.
The Artist-in-Residence Program ran successfully at Curwoods Lawyers from 2007. For more information about the program, please contact email@example.com.
