Trent is a corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raising and general corporate law. He is known for providing pragmatic commercial advice on a broad range of commercial transactions, ranging from share and asset acquisitions and disposals to shareholding and joint venture arrangements and corporate reconstructions.
Trent’s capital raising experience includes advising on initial public offerings, RTOs and ASX listings, and secondary offers (placements, share purchase plans and rights issues). He also provides ASX listing rule advice and acts for private companies on exempt offers.
