Having joined McCabe Curwood as part of the firm’s graduate program in 2019, Tal currently works as a lawyer in the Private Clients Group.
Tal advises on a broad range of matters, with a focus on complex corporate structures, interfamily agreements, asset protection strategies, and ensuring that trust deeds remain fit for purpose. Another large part of Tal’s practice is bespoke succession planning, which ranges from the preparation of simple wills and enduring documents, to strategies which form charitable trusts intended to benefit rural communities.
Tal tackles challenges head on, enjoys finding creative solutions to novel problems, and always works to ensure that his clients’ intentions are realised.
Tal completed a Bachelor of Arts (Media) combined with a Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University in 2018. While at university and prior to joining the firm, Tal gained experience as a paralegal in a medium sized law firm.
