Stephanie joined McCabe Curwood as a member of the 2019 graduate program and is now a lawyer in the Private Clients Group.
Steph specialises in providing holistic estate planning services to clients, including wills and testamentary trusts, trust succession, and superannuation planning. Her practice also includes planning for possible incapacity, administration of deceased estates, trusts, and documentation of family agreements. Steph has assisted with family provision claims up to a mediated settlement.
Steph enjoys working creatively to formulate bespoke solutions for clients and assisting them to meet their objectives.
Prior to joining McCabe Curwood, Steph completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Government and International Relations) and obtained considerable experience at a boutique property and business law firm.
