Stephanie is a senior associate in the Private Clients team specialising in estate and succession planning.

Stephanie has expertise advising a diverse range of individuals, families and business owners, including those with complex financial structures, on estate and succession planning strategies. She works closely with our clients and their advisers to formulate bespoke solutions, ensuring assets pass as intended and are preserved for future generations.

Stephanie has a depth of experience across a wide range of Private Clients matters. She frequently advises clients in relation to Wills with complex testamentary trusts, trust and business succession, and asset protection strategies including lending and security arrangements. Her practice also includes probate and estate administration, trust and estate disputes, and structuring of companies and trusts.
