Patrick is an experienced litigation and insurance law practitioner. In 2012 Patrick was admitted to practice and worked as an associate at Baker & McKenzie practicing corporate law. Patrick then joined the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office in 2014 where he had a general litigation practice on behalf of NSW Government Agencies.
Patrick has experience in all types of matters involving NSW Government agencies, including public liability, intentional torts, dust diseases and personal injury claims. He has acted in relation to claims ranging from claims brought by self-represented litigants to complex class actions on behalf of multiple Government agencies. Patrick has carriage of a general litigation practice where he has day to day conduct of litigated and unlitigated matters across all relevant jurisdictions.
