Monique is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group of the McCabes Commercial division.

Monique practices in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution and advises clients on various complex and high-value commercial issues including on commercial and contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, contested estates, internal investigations, insolvency and insurance claims, fraud and advisory.

Monique has a broad range of litigation experience in relation to the commencement, defence and preparation for hearing of a variety of commercial and insurance matters across all jurisdictions in NSW, including the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts. Monique also has experience litigating insurance matters in the Magistrate and Supreme Court of Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.

Prior to practicing as a solicitor, she undertook a competitive internship with her Honour Judge Norton SC in the District Court of NSW in 2019, where she gained exposure to various forms of both criminal and civil litigation.
