Miriam is a lawyer in the Government team at McCabe Curwood. Miriam works on a range of matters including personal injury, public liability and historical institutional abuse, assisting national and global insurers and government clients. Miriam has experience in litigated and unlitigated matters across a range of jurisdictions.
Miriam holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree from Macquarie University and was admitted to practice in 2019.
Prior to joining McCabe Curwood, Miriam worked for a boutique plaintiff law firm which specialised in CTP claims, medical negligence and workers compensation claims and has experience in commercial litigation.
Miriam has previously volunteered with the Inner-City Legal Centre and has a passion for social justice.
