Michelle is a Lawyer in the Government team of McCabe Curwood’s insurance division. She specialises in historical institutional abuse, personal injury and public liability claims. She assists national and global insurers in litigated and non-litigated matters in the Local, District and Supreme Court.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources). She participated in a semester abroad in the United States of America at Michigan State University studying International Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Prior to joining the firm as a Paralegal in 2019, Michelle worked in a Plaintiff life insurance firm specialising in superannuation TPD claims.
