Michael is an Associate in the General Liability team of McCabe Curwood’s Insurance division, where he manages a diverse portfolio of public liability claims for government and private clients in NSW and the ACT.
Michael’s experiences include working for both claimants and insurers in a variety of personal injury claims and defences in non-litigated and litigated matters in the Local, District and Supreme Courts, and the Court of Appeal. He is knowledgeable in legal tactics and strategies.
Michael provides comprehensive and valuable legal advices on issues of liability and quantum, and works diligently to provide the best and cost-effective outcomes for his clients.
Michael was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in August 2012 and the High Court of Australia in September 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Advanced Science (First Class Honours) from The University of Sydney.
