Liliana joined McCabe Curwood as a member of the firm’s 2019 Graduate Program and is now a lawyer in the Employment team. Liliana works on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment and industrial law matters.
Liliana has experience in advising clients on their rights and obligations under the Fair Work Act, modern awards, and enterprise agreements. She also has experience in acting in discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, and undertaking workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct. Liliana further assists employers in drafting employment contracts and policies, and advising on a range of day to day employment issues.
Liliana is passionate about the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility program and acts as a relationship manager to two of our charity partners, The Grace Centre for Newborn Care and Youngcare. Liliana also performs pro bono work at Redfern Legal Centre.
