Katharine completed a combined Bachelor of Science (majoring in ecology) and Bachelor of Laws at the University of New South Wales.
Katharine works on and appears in a range of matters in the Land and Environment Court of NSW including development appeals, tree disputes, compulsory acquisition, strata renewal and civil enforcement proceedings. In addition, Katharine works on detailed and pragmatic planning law and procedural advice.
Prior to joining McCabe Curwood, Katharine worked as a research assistant to a Senior Counsel gaining experience in litigation and dispute resolution, insurance and taxation. Katharine held a number of roles while studying, gaining work experience with the Land and Environment Court, and in the litigation of environment and planning law matters.
