She advises private sector and government clients on a range of contentious matters including discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
Kate’s passion is to assist clients to educate their employees about discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace. She believes training is key to preventing disputes and creating a harmonious and productive working environment.
