Danton works in McCabe Curwood’s Corporate group having joined as a member of McCabes’ 2016 Graduate program. Danton was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in July 2016 and holds an Economics and a Commerce degree from UNSW. Danton has also passed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
As a member of McCabe Curwood’s Corporate group, Danton’s main focus is on mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory (with a focus on start-ups), private equity and strategic investments, joint ventures, capital raising, restructures and asset protection. Danton is also involved with advising, documenting, negotiating and closing all manner of transactions and commercial arrangements, including banking and finance transactions.
Danton works with clients from all sectors and backgrounds including entrepreneurs, multinational corporations, professional services providers, SMEs, family business owners, mortgage brokers, fund operators and high net wealth individuals.
