Claire Williamson is a Special Counsel at McCabes specialising in estate and succession planning. Claire provides holistic and practical advice to our clients on strategies that will pass their wealth to their beneficiaries in a considered and tax effective manner.

Claire has experience in advising small business owners, investors, professionals and large family groups in estate and succession planning strategies for the purpose of preserving wealth for future generations. Her advice considers estate and non-estate assets, including treatment of assets held in superannuation, trusts and corporate entities, and appropriate mechanisms to ensure total wealth passes as intended.

Claire's expertise includes advising clients with complex financial structures and clients with personal circumstances that require bespoke solutions. She works with clients and their advisors to understand the complete picture and the client's specific objectives.
