Benjamin has extensive experience in complex multi-party commercial litigation in state Supreme and Appellate Courts and in the Federal jurisdiction. He has a particular interest in shareholder remedies, director duties, confidential information and urgent injunctive matters.
Ben has also acted in a number of representative proceedings, including the landmark decision Wotton v State of Queensland (No 5)  FCA 1457.
Ben was awarded his Bachelor of Arts and Law from the University of Sydney and his LL.M in European Law from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
